Information for International Customers
My apologies for not updating the website in a very long time. Unfortunately I am very ill and at this point I am
unable to respond to emails and update the website. I am receiving treatment and hope to be able to design new rubber stamps
in the future. At the moment my rubber stamps are only available in Norway.
For customers located in Norway, please see the Norwegian retailer list, thank you.
Wholesale Information
Due to changes in manufacturing, I am not able to sell my line of stamps directly to retail stores outside Norway anymore.
About Stempelglede
Stempelglede is a Norwegian one-person company (a small home based business)
and a brand name owned by Gunhild Bay. Gunhild is also the designer of the Stempelglede
rubber stamp line. The name Stempelglede is made by the combination of two Norwegian
words meaning 'Rubber Stamp' and 'Joy'.
Copyright Policy
Stempelglede stamps and images are original artwork created by Gunhild Bay for Stempelglede and are subject to full
copyright protection. The stamps are for personal use only, and are made for the purpose of using in art projects,
greeting cards, scrapbooks, and the like. We are happy to allow someone purchasing Stempelglede stamps to use the
stamp images to create handmade cards for sale at craft fairs, house parties and similar events. However, your
artwork may not be sold to a distributor or any other party for the purpose of resale and your artwork may not be sold
over the Internet.
You may not stamp the images for image swaps, blog giveaways etc. on the internet; please remember, we have invested
the time and money into creating the designs, the website, and production of the designs. Any use of our
images in an attempt to avoid purchasing the rubber stamps takes income away from our family and violates copyright laws.
Any handmade item made for resale (as described above) with the use of Stempelglede stamps must contain typed,
stamped, or hand-written copyright information: “Image: Copyright Stempelglede” or “© Stempelglede”. Please give
us credit for Stempelglede stamps used if you submit any artwork for publication. Thank you.
Reproduction of any portion of our catalog or website without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
You may not sell the designs themselves or reproduce them in any form or manner. All stamp impressions
must be made by hand. No reproduction by electronic or mechanical means is allowed including, but not
limited to, use on the Internet, scanning, video or digital reproduction, copy machines, printing, using
overhead or opaque projectors for enlarging or hand-copying images, without specific written permission
from Stempelglede. Permission will not be given to use the images as business logos.
